What do I do?
I currently work for DeepBlueSky Digital, a web design agency based in the city of Bath UK. As we’re a small team, I’m involved in most areas of the business, but I tend to focus on visual web design and front end development.
My skill set includes (amongst other things):
- Experience with Adobe Fireworks and Photoshop
- High level CSS skills
- Standards aware mark-up
- Knowledge of Javascript (inc. frameworks) and PHP.
My Approach
I believe in web standards. By this I mean separating structure from presentation, writing meaningful markup and using the power of style sheets to make content accessible and intelligible for all web users.
So who am I…?
I’m lucky enough to have been born and bread in the beautiful city of Bath, where I currently live with my wonderful partner.
I’m a keen musician and when I’m not working I can often be found playing the trumpet in a variety of local orchestras and bands. I also love being active and am currently in training for the Cardiff half marathon.
